Beginner Sports for (Ages 3-5)
A.C.A.M.P. has developed sports programs for beginners because it’s never too early to participate in sports. We offer the same sports and activities by teaching the basics of each sport. Our beginner classes give kids a head start in playing sports and receive lots of attention because of our 5 to 1 child to coach ratio. (See Programs and Schedule for more information.)
Adult Sports/Programs for (Ages 21 and Up)
Richard Briant has created several sports programs and exercise regimens for adults as well. His adult programs have the same fun atmosphere as the youth programs which cater to having fun, improving fitness levels and encouraging individuals to live a healthy lifestyle. Richard realizes exercising can become monotonous in the gym sometimes and he helps people stay active by creating enjoyable exercises (usually outdoors) with a purpose.
Here are some of adult programs Adrenaline Coaching and Richard Briant offers:
Adrenaline Workout (Class) - This class involves stretching, (some yoga), light weight lifting, (some pilates), and cardio/aerobics, (some running). We promise you will get a full body and satisfying workout.
Cardio Basketball; Cardio Soccer; Cardio Baseball; Cardio Football; Cardio Tennis- Richard has developed exercise regimens with each of these sports to improve performance, get in shape and have fun by playing your favorite sport.
Mommy & Infant - Mommy works out while her baby is close by. (Some exercises during this program will involve the baby and stroller.)
Retiree Workout - This workout involves lots of stretching and fun exercises for retirees to participate and enjoy.
Personal Trainer - Richard is a certified personal trainer and nutritionist and has coached and trained adults for five years. He will help get you into shape with creative exercises, lifting weights, running, hiking and much more.
