Private Coaching

Adrenaline Coaching offers private coaching and personal training for all our sports and programs to kids ages 7-15.  We do “one on one,” group or team sessions and our superior staff are the most qualified and experienced coaches to help kids achieve their goals.  Whether your child is a beginner, preparing for the next level of competition or a serious athlete; they will benefit from our “cutting edge” approach to training.  We develop creative drills and exercises for all our sports and programs which make us better than other private coaches and trainers.

A.C.A.M.P. Private Coaching & Personal Training

Beginner Sports for (Ages 3-5)

A.C.A.M.P. has developed sports programs for beginners because it’s never too early to participate in sports.  We offer the same sports and activities by teaching the basics of each sport.  Our beginner classes give kids a head start in playing sports and receive lots of attention because of our 5 to 1 child to coach ratio.  (See Programs and Schedule for more information.)


Adult Sports/Programs for (Ages 21 and Up)

Richard Briant has created several sports programs and exercise regimens for adults as well.  His adult programs have the same fun atmosphere as the youth programs which cater to having fun, improving fitness levels and encouraging individuals to live a healthy lifestyle.  Richard realizes exercising can become monotonous in the gym sometimes and he helps people stay active by creating enjoyable exercises (usually outdoors) with a purpose.

Here are some of adult programs Adrenaline Coaching and Richard Briant offers:

Adrenaline Workout (Class) - This class involves stretching, (some yoga), light weight lifting, (some pilates), and cardio/aerobics, (some running).  We promise you will get a full body and satisfying workout.

Cardio Basketball; Cardio Soccer; Cardio Baseball; Cardio Football; Cardio Tennis- Richard has developed exercise regimens with each of these sports to improve performance, get in shape and have fun by playing your favorite sport.

Mommy & Infant - Mommy works out while her baby is close by.  (Some exercises during this program will involve the baby and stroller.)

Retiree Workout - This workout involves lots of stretching and fun exercises for retirees to participate and enjoy.

Personal Trainer - Richard is a certified personal trainer and nutritionist and has coached and trained adults for five years.  He will help get you into shape with creative exercises, lifting weights, running, hiking and much more.

Weight Loss & Nutrition
“Better Image” is an independent program of A.C.A.M.P.
Finally a low cost after school weight loss and nutrition program for children (and teens) ages 6-18!
Better Image is a weight loss and nutrition program designed to help kids live a healthier and fitter lifestyle in a fun environment with experienced coaches.  Each child learns great nutrition plans, develops a positive self image and loses weight through enjoyable sports and physical activities.
Statistics show obesity has been on the rise over the last 20 years and currently over 15% of children between the ages 6-18 are considered obese while many others are heading in that direction.  Some of the reasons for this problem are lack of physical activity, low self esteem and poor eating habits.  Many parents ignore this problem and it often leads to heart problems, high blood pressure or type 2 diabetes later on in life.  Better Image addresses all these issues and can help children live a longer and happier life.

Physical Activity

Children attending Better Image’s after school program will play a variety of fun sports and activities.  Our staff will help each child build lean muscle with several unique training fundamentals and games.  We encourage teamwork and positive reinforcement because many children with obesity issues suffer from a lack of confidence and social discrimination problems.
 
Nutrition/Eating Habits

We realize proper nutrition is vitally important to any weight loss program and Better Image provides lifestyle and nutrition counseling 7 days a week.  Each child will be given a separate diet regimen which caters to their specific needs.  We educate the children on nutrition and force them to make their own decisions; therefore we are confident each child will keep the weight off.   
Our staff is all certified personal trainers and nutritionists.  We are all passionate about helping children live active and healthy lifestyles.  We have around 1 coach to every 5 kids which allows us more “one on one” time with each unique and talented child. 


Better Image is an Affordable Program:

12 Week classes-  Prices to be announced soon.

Includes unlimited participation Monday – Friday from 5:00pm to 7:00pm and Saturday 2:00pm to 4:00pm.

7 days a week nutrition plan and logging.  (Email or fax a daily log of food consumption to Better Image)
Walking clubs will be available in the morning on weekdays.
Daily and weekly classes are available for those who are interested. (Cost varies)
Delivery services can be provided for those who are interested.  (Cost varies)

Brian Regan is a 32 year old who has dedicated his life to health and fitness. He played baseball and basketball all through high school and at the college level as well.  He lives a healthy lifestyle and has worked as a fitness trainer for the last 8 years.  Over the years he has helped hundreds of people live a healthier more balanced lifestyle.  He has also had the opportunity to work at weight loss camps in the past, and is experienced in educating our youth in the areas of nutrition and exercise. 
Brian holds degrees in community health education and nutrition.  He is certified as a fitness trainer through several national organizations including ACSM (American College of Sports Medicine) NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) Chek Institute, AFAA (Aerobic and Fitness Association of America).  He is also a Los Angeles County Emergency Medical Technician.
