Baseball- (Ages 5 -12)

Our coaches teach the fundamentals of baseball by incorporating fun drills and games to build self-confidence and skill development which will improve performance. Each session focuses on hand-eye coordination and the development of hitting, fielding, base running and other strategies in baseball, in order to understand and enjoy this American pastime. |

Softball- (Ages 5-12)

Our coaches teach the fundamentals of softball to girls in the same fashion and passion as baseball. We organize fun drills and games to enhance motivation and skill level for all aspects of the game. A strong emphasis is placed on hand-eye coordination and the techniques of hitting, fielding and base running to become a successful softball player. |

Basketball- (Ages 5-12)

Our coaches teach the fundamentals of basketball by incorporating enjoyable drills and games to improve focus, specific skills and techniques. Each child will practice shooting, passing, dribbling, rebounding and defense skills. They will also learn the rules, footwork and proper decision making while playing on the court. |

Soccer- (Ages 5-12)

Our coaches teach the fundamentals of soccer by organizing fun drills and challenging games to prioritize teamwork, building confidence, fitness and technical development. Soccer sessions will cater to ball handling, passing, scoring, defense and goalkeeping skills. |

Football (No Pads or Contact, flag only)- (Ages 5-12)

Our coaches teach the fundamentals of American football by incorporating fun drills and competitions to bring forward leadership, enthusiasm, understanding, and comfort level for using offensive and defensive skills in a proper manner. Football workouts will provide an opportunity to enhance strength, passing, catching and other feature skilled positions. |

Lacrosse- (Ages 5-12)

Lacrosse is growing interest across the country. Our coaches teach the fundamentals of lacrosse by designing fun drills and games to improve physical and mental conditioning along with a better understanding of the game. Some of the techniques coaches will train in lacrosse sessions are shooting, cradling, passing, catching, dodging, scooping and defending. Players can also work on goalie skills, face offs and switching hands. |

Beach Volleyball- (Ages 5-12)

Very much a staple in our South Bay community, our coaches teach the fundamentals of beach volleyball by implementing fun drills and competitions to inspire cohesion and emphasize basic skills. Each session will consist of fine-tuning specific skills and working on serving, digging, setting, hitting and scoring. |

Tennis- (Ages 5-12)

Our coaches teach the fundamentals of tennis by practicing fun drills and playing creative games to encourage self esteem and become a better player. Each session consists of hand-eye coordination, agility and quickness on a tennis court. Our tennis training also works on serving, forehand, backhand and defense in singles and doubles competition. |

Running- (Ages 7-13)

Our coaches teach safe and effective training techniques with increased importance on proper preparation and fun goals to keep every child inspired. A.C.A.M.P. emphasizes running and stretching for a purpose and we devote our sessions to creative sprinting and long distance running programs. The running sessions consist of enjoyable drills with an individualized and team approach. A.C.A.M.P. kids will be invited to run as a team for many of the 5K events around the community. |

Cardio & Fitness Training- (Ages 7-15)

Our coaches teach safe, fun and effective exercise regimens to improve endurance and fitness levels. A Cardio & Fitness Training session is a creative training theory which varies from hiking, bicycling, exercising on the beach, plyometrics, yoga, pilates and other fitness exercises. Cardio & fitness training will be an integral element for each of our sport programs. |

Strength, Speed & Agility Training- (Ages 9-15)

It is important for kids to train well before playing sports to strengthen muscles, bones, ligaments and tendons. Our coaches teach safe, fun and effective programs to enhance a child’s athletic development through explosive drills and exercises. Sessions consist of weight (or power) training, plyometrics, sprinting, side shuffling and many more drills which lead to enhanced abilities and enable a child to excel at a higher level. |

Beginner Foundation Classes “Mixed Sports”- (Ages 2-5)

Our coaches teach the basics and help introduce a fun variety of different sports to kids in the early developmental stage. Each child will develop positive thoughts, teamwork attitude, coordination and a basic knowledge of specific sports. |

Private Coaching “One on One”- (Ages 7-15)

We offer personal coaching (1 or 2 youths) for all sports and programs listed above. We also provide fun personal training (see below and within this website) to enhance performance by improving skills, building confidence and providing “one on one” attention to that should give your child an edge over the competition. |

A.C.A.M.P. Special Activities- (Ages 2-12)

We will offer many other fun sports and special activities in the future. For instance, hiking, camping, skiing (snowboarding) and attending sporting events are just some of the activities we will be offering in the spring of ‘09. A.C.A.M.P. will also provide arts & crafts, guitar lessons, photography and many more fun classes, on a case by case basis. |

Weight Loss / Nutrition Program- (Ages 7-15)

Better Image offers a fun, comfortable and friendly program to lose weight and feel great about yourself. We feature creative and enjoyable fitness regimens, effective nutrition plans, confidence boosting, weight loss information and exciting activities to keep each child motivated on losing body fat. We also include healthy living advice, diet counseling and tips to keep the weight off. |
